It is possible to track the status of your order by logging into your reserved area.
After the shipment, it will be possible to track the delivery via the tracking number that we will provide you in these three ways:
- By the email that we will send upon departure
- If you have an account, in your personal area of the site
- If you do not have an account, using the "Track order" function at the bottom of this page
In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice or he will contact you by phone.
