We are looking for a Store Manager who will be responsible for the management and organization of the operational part of the store and will have full responsibility for the team and the achievement of the assigned qualitative and quantitative objectives.
To successfully fill the position, the candidate must have a pragmatic approach to the daily and management issues of the store (sales, stock, replenishment, checkout, in-store visuals, KPI analysis...). Clear managerial and organizational skills relating to the resources that make up the staff, and ease of relationship with customers and company representatives.
Role Description:
He constantly supervises the shop and ensures a high standard of assisted sales.
Guarantees the achievement of established sales objectives, monitoring performance and management indicators.
Trains, manages and motivates store staff effectively, supervises their activities through regular feedback and identifies their growth paths.
Communicates and spreads corporate values and culture by making the Brand known and building customer loyalty
Organizes the store's visual merchandising activities following company guidelines.

Profile:
Experience in the role of Store Manager of at least 2 years in structured retail contexts
Excellent leadership and managerial skills
Great propensity for team work
Excellent service orientation and interpersonal relationship management
Flexible hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays
Geographical mobility throughout the Italian territory.
Excellent use of IT systems
Good knowledge of the English language
Excellent standing

n this role you will support in the execution of Doppelganger Visual Merchandising directives within assigned store in partnership with retail and visual teams.
Also VM will ensure that corporate visual standard are mantained.

VM IN STORE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Develop understanding of VM
- Executing Vm guidelines
- Windows refreshes and in-store installations according to corporate standards and timelines
- Ensure the store is presented in a elevate way by being orientated and understanding the client experience, through the windows and product placement
- Work in a neat and tidy way, ensuring there is no disruption of the shop floor during trading hours
- Replacing sold out items on the shop floor - Removing or adding items to mannequins
- Support with providing photographic requestes to VM Manager
- Mantein visual standard and consistency with VM guidelines throughout the day

PROFILE: - Good understanding of VM with experience
- Strong attention to details and passion to work quickly and efficently in a fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Creative mindset and interest in styling
- Ability to collaborate and problem solving
