ORDERS

Buying on Doppelganger.it is very simple.

You can navigate to the homepage or the catalogue and click on the image of the product of your choice to view its product details.

Within the product sheet you can view details of the selected item and see product images. The product page lists the model, description and price information. If necessary, you will need to indicate the size before proceeding with the purchase (only the sizes available at that moment are displayed).

Within the shopping cart page you can view the selected products, their quantity and total cost.

By clicking on "Complete the purchase" you can continue the purchase process.

To complete the order, you will have to fill in the Checkout pages, following the indicated steps: within the same pages, you can view the progress of the checkout.

All the data of your order are summarised at the end of the procedure and once the purchase process has been confirmed, it will no longer be possible to make any changes.

Once you have confirmed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a summary and the number of the order placed and/or you will be redirected to an order confirmation page.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on Doppelganger.it are shipped by express courier and insured shipping. The delivery time can vary from 3 to 10 days.

The cost of transport is € 29,90. It is free for purchases over € 299,00.

It is possible to track the status of your order by logging into your reserved area.

After the shipment, it will be possible to track the delivery via the tracking number that we will provide you in these three ways:

  1. By the email that we will send upon departure
  2. If you have an account, in your personal area of the site
  3. If you do not have an account, using the "Track order" function at the bottom of this page

In case of absence of the recipient at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notice or he will contact you by phone.

We will keep you updated with respect to each stage of the shipment via email.
