RETURNS
If the purchased Doppelgänger product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty, within 60 days from the order delivery date.
During the return process, you will be able to select the return and refund methods from the options listed below.
Refund methods:
- Size/product exchange
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund via Gift Card to be used on your next Online or Boutique purchase
Return methods:
- Home pickup by express courier
- Return at a drop-off point
Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, meaning in perfect condition, complete with all their components: no tags attached to the product must be removed, products must not be used and must be returned with their original packaging and any included manuals.
Footwear must be returned inside their original boxes. The return may be refused if the box is damaged.
Suits must be returned complete with both jacket and trousers.
Our warehouse will receive the returned products and reserves the right to verify their integrity.
If during the order creation you chose not to create an account and followed the Guest order procedure, you can request a return by clicking on: Guest return
The order number required to start the return is visible in the order confirmation email.
If you have an account and wish to proceed with a return, you can do so conveniently within your user panel by accessing the “My orders” section. Simply click “Open order details” at the top, in bold, for the order you wish to return, then click the “ORDER RETURN” button.
The process is simple and guided:
- Select the item or items you wish to return (one at a time)
- Select the reason and quantity of the returned item
- Select “Get a refund”
- Repeat the procedure for each item you wish to return, then click “Continue”
- Fill in the address field
- Select the refund method
- Select the return method
- Submit the return and wait for further instructions via email
Note: Within the same return request, you can combine different options: request a refund for some items and a replacement for others.

- Select the reason and quantity of the item
- For a size or color change, select “Yes, I want to change my item”
- For an exchange with another product, select “Exchange for a new item”
- Fill in the address field
- Select the return method
- Enter the shipping address for the replacement item
- If there is a price difference, you can pay the difference by Credit Card or receive a refund via Gift Card
- Wait for further instructions via email
Note: Within the same return request, you can combine different options: request a refund for some items and a replacement for others.

As with any other order placed Online, returns for orders made through the Click&Collect service must be handled directly Online.

For orders placed with Click&Collect, it is not possible to:
- Try on the purchased products in the Boutique;
- Make exchanges in the Boutique – it will therefore be necessary to follow the Online exchange procedure
