Based on the accrued points, you will have access to a higher and higher Tier of the Doppelgänger Club.
The following benefits are combined with each Tier:

Bronze: This Tier is the first one you'll start with and is for Doppelgänger Club Members who have between 0 and 200 Points in their Point Balance. By accessing this Tier, you will receive invitations to exclusive events, Free Shipping on your Online orders, Double Points on a selection of products and a -10% discount that can be used on all your purchases, Online or in Store, during the entire solar month of your birthday. In addition, by making a specific request at our Boutiques offering this service, you will be able to hem the trousers of purchased at full price suits, free of charge.

Silver: This Tier is the second in our Loyalty Program and is for Doppelgänger Club members who have 201 to 500 Points in their Point Balance. By joining this Tier, you keep all the benefits of the previous Tier, plus a fixed 10% discount on all your Online and in-store purchases.

Gold: This Tier is the third in our Loyalty Program and is for Doppelgänger Club Members who have 501 to 1000 Points in their Point Balance. By joining this Tier, you keep all the benefits you gained in the previous Tier, plus a fixed 15% discount on all your Online and in-store purchases.

Platinum: This Tier is the fourth and final one of our Loyalty Program and is for Doppelgänger Club Members with a Point Balance of more than 1001 Points. By accessing this Tier, you keep all the benefits acquired in the previous Tiers, plus a fixed 20% discount on all your purchases, both Online and in Store, and free tailoring repairs on purchased at full price suits (hemming trousers, trimming trouser legs or waists, shortening sleeves from below).

Doppelganger Club is the exclusive Loyalty Program dedicated to all Doppelgänger customers. For every euro you spend, be through purchases in store and online on doppelganger.it, you will get 1 Point. Furthermore, through numerous promotions, you will receive Bonus Points, which will be added to your Overall Points Balance. As a Member of the Doppelgänger Club you will receive fixed discounts, special offers, unmissable services, invitations to unique events and much more. Membership in the Doppelgänger Club Loyalty Program is free. Membership in the Loyalty Program is restricted to individuals who have a valid and active e-mail account and who are 18 or over.

Yes, the Doppelgänger Club membership and benefits are personal.

You will be awarded, within 72 hours of your purchase, 1 Point for every euro spent, both for purchases made online and in any of our boutiques.
To accrue Points in Boutique, always remember to provide your Doppelgänger Club Membership Number at the cashier's desk.
To accrue Points online, please make sure you are logged in and your Doppelgänger Club Account is linked before you complete your order.
Furthermore, through numerous promotions, you can acquire Bonus Points.

Bonus Points are Points that you can get through various promotions; these will be added to your Overall Points Balance within 72 hours of your purchase.

The promotions to get Bonus Points are:

INVITE A FRIEND: Share your Personal Code with whoever you want. If someone registers using it, after his first purchase you will both receive +25 Bonus Points.
COMPLETE SET: By purchasing a complete set consisting of a suit, a shirt, an accessory and shoes in one go, online or in the store, you will receive +50 Bonus Points.
MANY PRODUCTS: By making an online purchase of at least 10 items, you will receive +30 Bonus Points.
BIG SPENDER: By making a purchase of at least €500, online or in store, you will receive +50 Bonus Points.
MANY CATEGORIES: By purchasing at least 3 items of the same product category, online or in store, you will receive +15 Bonus Points.

By downloading the Doppelgänger Club App you will be able to monitor your progress, your Points balance and everything related to your participation in the Loyalty Program. Furthermore, by accessing www.doppelganger.it you will find a dedicated page called «My Account», where you can view your updated Points Balance and the discount threshold reached, once you have entered your Loyalty Card number and saved this information on the site.

Points accumulated in physical stores will be added to your total points balance within 72 hours of purchase. If the necessary time has already passed, you can send us your report by writing to club@doppelganger.it.

Points are valid in the calendar year (thus, until 31st December) in which they are earned. At the beginning of each new calendar year (1st January), the points balance resets to zero and so does the Tier achieved in the previous calendar year. Therefore, from the new calendar year's 1st January, all advantages acquired during the previous calendar year are forfeited, points balance returns to 0 and you will be in the Bronze Tier again.

In the event of a return, both for your in-store and online purchases, the Points you have acquired will be deducted from your Points Balance.

The Loyalty Program and its benefits are only valid within Italy in the case of boutique purchases, and worldwide in the case of online purchases.

After registering for the Loyalty Program, there are several ways to view your Card:

• In the "Home" section of the Doppelgänger Club App;
• It will appear automatically in "My account" section on www.doppelganger.it, if you have just registered on the site;
• If you have already registered on our site, your Card Number can be entered manually by the Doppelgänger Club Member and saved in the section "My account" on www.doppelganger.it.

In order to access the discounts dedicated to Doppelgänger Club Members you will need to reach at least one of the three Levels of the Program which have, among the various benefits, such discounts.

The Tiers in question are the Silver (reach 201 Points to get -10%), the Gold (reach 501 Points to get -15%) and the Platinum (reach 1.001 Points to get -20%).

No, the discount is valid from the purchase following the achievement of the Points Threshold. To take advantage of the discount, you must first accumulate the relevant Points. Once you have accumulated the necessary Points, you will be able to take advantage of the discounts achieved.

By enrolling whoever you want in the Doppelgänger Club using your personal Code, you will receive +25 Bonus Points on the first purchase of your invited friends, whether online or in store. Your invited friend, on the other hand, will receives +25 Bonus Points following their first purchase as a Member of the Doppelgänger Club.

The free tailoring repairs offered will depend on which Doppelgänger Club Tier you have reached.
